Description

Large scale lamp with lucite finial & base, hand decorated ceramic or pottery. While this lamp does not appear to be marked, it did come from a local estate that had another lamp, nearly identical, marked Casual Lamps of California-see my other listings. Remains in excellent, original condition and makes quite an impression. Please study photos and send any questions you might have. Stands about 31" to top of the finial, about 23" to top of socket, 9.5" diameter near the middle, 7" diameter base. About 9 pounds. Excellent condition overall, makes a fine appearance. No chips, no cracks, no repairs. Cord, socket and 3-way switch are working great, lamp stands straight and solid. Painted finish has a few very minor surface imperfections (scratches/glaze rubs). There is nothing notable and the splatter glaze is very forgiving, nothing more than skin deep. Overall, the finish is rather clean and even. Lucite is free of and chips or cracks, some minor scratching or wear only, clear, clean with no discoloration. The brass and wood trim are in fine shape as well.
